1. Binding Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and SportMeet Oy ("Sportii", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a corporation organized under the laws of Finland (Business ID: 3427424-5).

IMPORTANT: BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SPORTII PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE ALL USE OF THE PLATFORM.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the sportii.app website, mobile applications, and any related software or services provided by the Company.
• "Activity" refers to any sports event, training session, or recreational gathering organized via the Platform.
• "Organizer" refers to Sportii or any third-party entity or individual hosting an Activity.
• "Wallet" refers to the virtual credit system used for processing bookings and refunds within the Platform.

3. User Eligibility and Accounts

Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older. Individuals aged 16 or 17 may use the Services only with express, verifiable parental or guardian consent. The Company reserves the right to suspend any account suspected of providing false age information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Financial Terms

• Booking Fees: All fees are displayed at the point of transaction and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Payment Processing: We utilize Stripe as our third-party payment processor. By initiating a transaction, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement.
• Sportii Wallet: Funds deposited into the Wallet are non-refundable except where required by mandatory consumer law. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the Platform.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• User Cancellations: Standard bookings may be cancelled up to 10 hours prior to the Activity start time for a full credit refund to the Wallet. Cancellations within the 10-hour window are strictly non-refundable.
• Service Cancellations: If an Activity is cancelled by the Organizer or the Company, a full refund will be issued to the User's Wallet.

6. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability

WARNING: Participation in sports involves inherent risks of physical injury. By using the Platform, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume all liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby release SportMeet Oy and its officers from any and all claims for damages, personal injury, or property loss arising from your participation in Activities, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Company.

7. End User License Agreement (EULA)

The Company grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Prohibited Conduct: You shall not: (i) reverse engineer or decompile the Platform; (ii) use automated systems (bots) for scraping or data extraction; (iii) infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties.

8. Multimedia Content and Likeness

By participating in Activities, you grant the Company a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your image and likeness captured during such events for promotional and operational purposes. Users may request the removal of specific identifiable media by contacting the Company in writing.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SportMeet Oy against any claims, losses, or legal fees resulting from your breach of these Terms or your negligent behavior during any Activity.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Helsinki District Court, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
